Discovery Network

Plant or Join the Discovery Family

The Discovery Network is for churches that want more than resources — they want relational covering, shared governance, and a family to build with.

What Network Churches Receive

Everything a Discovery Partner gets, plus the infrastructure and relationship to plant or lead with full support.

Executive Coaching

Direct coaching from Discovery's lead pastors on vision, strategy, staffing, and the day-to-day challenges of leading a church.

Governance & Covering

Operate under Discovery's 501(c)(3) with elder oversight, accountability structures, and the Red/Yellow/Green decision framework.

Financial Structure

Centralized financial model with 10% central support, shared accounting systems, and financial accountability built in from day one.

Shared Systems

Full access to Discovery's operational systems, branding, technology stack, and proven processes — so you don't build from scratch.

Doctrinal Alignment

Assemblies of God doctrinal foundation with theological clarity and shared convictions that keep the network unified.

Leadership Pipeline

Access to Discovery's School of Ministry graduates, residency program, and trained leaders ready to serve on your team.

Common Questions

What's the difference between a Partner and a Network church?
Partners access resources and training while remaining fully autonomous. Network churches operate under Discovery's governance, shared systems, and financial structure — with direct coaching and relational covering.
Do I need to be a Discovery Partner first?
Not necessarily, but many Network conversations start there. Being a Partner lets you experience Discovery's culture and resources before committing to a deeper relationship.
What does the financial commitment look like?
Network churches contribute 10% central support back to Discovery. In return, you receive coaching, systems access, governance infrastructure, and leadership pipeline support.
Can an existing church join the Network?
Yes. The Network is open to both new church plants and existing churches seeking alignment. The process includes a season of relationship and mutual discernment to ensure it's the right fit for both sides.
How long does the process take?
Every situation is different. For church planters, the residency pathway is typically 12–24 months. For existing churches, the alignment process can range from a few months to a year depending on the relationship.
